The session was held in White hope Organization Hall with the aim of identifying forms of governance.
And under the supervision of the Facilitator #Ali_Iskan, and in the presence of 12 beneficiaries of the community network that was formed and some members of civil society from all components of the region.
During the session, the most important forms of governance were then given an overview of the Civil Dialogue Initiative, which aims to support and encourage Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue, support dialogue in northeastern Syria, and support a Syrian-Syrian dialogue.
In addition to mentioning other forms of government, including republican, democratic, authoritarian, pluralistic, centralized, decentralized, federal, mixed, and theocratic.
Where the trainer Ali Iskan talks to us about the initiative in general, the objectives of the session, and the importance of the community network formed by White Hope organization in particular. Within the activities of the civil dialogue team, a group of trainings were implemented with White Hope organization, and today the community network team, which was a director within the Voice of Change project, was trained on the basics and forms of governance in Syria.
The title was chosen so that the community network team would have the ability to implement these trainings and have a set of information and build their capacities in these contexts. We hope that the community network team will implement these trainings with local groups, especially the youth and intellectuals, so that these concepts can be disseminated to all components of society.
He concluded his speech by saying: The training was very good and went smoothly. Of course, we hope to continue these trainings based on an agreement between us and White Hope Organization team and the Community Network team on a set of concepts that they are seeking to train on.
These trainings are voluntary, and their main goal is (raising and building capacities, voluntary initiatives and local civil society organizations to raise the level of individuals and youth in this field and on the concepts circulating today in the Syrian
arena).
A member of the community network talked about the initiative, the sessions and the exercises that are being carried out, and the importance of community network participation in the community. Al-Madani, whose goal is to support the displaced, in addition to that, work continued between us (the community network), as we took training and workshops on transitional justice and the topics that are currently in the Syrian arena, including a session on forms of government, crowds and advocacy, Of course, our goal is to achieve a fingerprint in society and help it to rise by itself to have a civil legal awareness, capable of changing the current reality to reach Syria better.
She concluded her speech by talking about the network and her hopes for the future, saying: As a member of this network, I hope that we will have more support, more training, and more workshops that will be able to raise our skills and experiences as a community network. In addition, there will be a larger space for us to be able to provide this training to other people.
