دليل إرشادي لأنظمة الموارد البشرية للمؤسسات الصغيرة ومتوسطة الحجم

تم تطوير الدليل من قبل الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي ووزارة العمل في الأردن. 2019
لمحة عن الدليل:
يتناول الدليل التعريفات والمفاهيم العامة المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية، وسياسات التوظيف والإدماج الوظيفي، والعلاوات والترقيات والحوافز، وطرق التواصل مع الموظفين، كما يتناول الدليل النظام الداخلي وحقوق العامل العام. وكذلك ملفات وسجلات الموظفين والسلامة المهنية.
يساهم الدليل في تحسين بيئة العمل في ضوء مجموعة من الإرشادات لتسهيل تطبيق القوانين، والممارسات التي من شأنها أن تقلل من الدوران الوظيفي وتؤدي إلى أفضل أداء تقوي به العلاقة بين أصحاب العمل والموظفين.
