Training Families of People with Disabilities within Nudem Programs

In coordination with Sara Organization for combating Violence against Women, Nudem organization conducted a discussion session at Sara organization headquarters in Qamshli, to train families of people with disabilities, the session discuss the following topics: Empowerment, the medical model of disability, the social model of disability, people with disability between avoidance and care, how to deal with people with disability.
We aim to provide services and integration of all groups of persons with disabilities in local communities and to provide them with development, technical and integration services, physical, psychological and vocational rehabilitation and talent support through activities, program and coordination with relevant organization and institution.
Nudem organization for disabled persons is an independent, humanitarian non-governmental and non-profit organization that seeks to provide care, rehabilitation and integration for all persons with disabilities in local communities in accordance with humanitarian principle and values.
