Tel Tamer Military Council Issues a Statement on Turkish Occupation Attacks

On Thursday, Tel Tamer Military Council said that The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries are targeting the villages of Tel Tamer and Zirgan in Al-Hasakah governorate. This came during a press statement issued by the Council: A week ago, The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries have continued their attacks on our forces and our people, which abide by the ceasefire agreement, where the occupation shelled the town of Tell Tamer, Zirgan and their villages, the villages of al Dardara and its farms, the village of Al-Qarajneh, Maslta, Sheikh Al-Ali. On 17 August, the occupation bombed the village of Tawila, west of Tel Tamer and the M4 International Road, killing two civilians, including a child and a woman named Nada Dakham Masikh, and injuring more than 16 civilians, most of them children and women. At 6 p.m. August 19, the Turkish occupation carried out an air attack against Tel Tamer military council, killing four of our comrades, injuring others and causing material damage to civilian homes. We will publish a detailed statement regarding our fellow martyrs later. We affirm, in the Tel Tamer Military Council, under the legitimate right of defence, we will not stand idly by in the face of these attacks.
