Euphratean Dialogues towards Effective Community Participation

Dialogue sessions are considered the basis for any success, so it was necessary to reach the desired goals through the approved academic methods.

Practically, After many studies conducted on the reality of the region in Northeastern Syria, it was concluded that there are many administrative problems and routine errors, which prompted, EFS organization and Sama organization, to conduct an alliance of organizations, which aims to establish dialogue sessions with Euphratean components to reach effective community participation, that is considered a form of societal cohesion, under the slogan; (Euphratean Dialogues towards Effective Community Participation). The initiative of the Euphratean Dialogue Sessions, includes two activities, the first one namely, holds dialogue sessions to determine the causes and challenges facing the NES region.

The second activity carries out awareness sessions to correct administrative and institutional errors and apply the principles of governance in the Self-Administration's institutions.

These sessions were held in the headquarter of Sama organization and the main axes of the activities were:
1- Identifying the deteriorating economic, social, political and cultural factors facing the region.
2- Explain the negative effects resulting from the failure to apply the principles of governance in institutional work.

The main goal of these sessions was to ensure community solidarity and achieve effective cohesion that would advance the current deteriorating societal reality to its best.
