Maakom (With You) Organization for Development is a civil institution that aims to provide outstanding humanitarian and development services through various programs and activities to build and develop the individual in order to become a positively beneficial member of society.

It aims to lead in the development, educational and humanitarian aspects to help the society and youth in particular in building an educated society that promotes a dignified living and stability, especially after the harsh conditions that the region passed through and negatively affected the society and institutional individuals: managing the work and activities of the institution within plans and activities that are studied scientifically and practically in an institutional work manner, dealing transparently and honestly in all its internal and external dealings and moving forward towards advancement and prosperity. The organization also aims to exploit humanitarian work from any political, financial or military pressure. It possesses the right to inquire about the actions of administrative workers, and also gives them an explanation of their views about their behaviors and actions related to the performance. The organization aims to coordinate cooperation and partnership between us and other charitable and humanitarian institutions and organizations and it seeks to commit to professional advantage and to provide high quality services. The organization takes care of the working group, concentrates on livestock and agricultural wealth and supports those farmers who are responsible for it. It also takes care of educational institutions, provides instructive and scientific cadres to advance science and we care about industrial work and support all sectors of industry and those who are responsible for it. We provide educational courses for the weak experienced to improve their professions and qualify them to work in a sophisticated and modern way. All of our goals and ambitions are to move forward towards business development, support and help the needy and those affected in order to achieve success and to achieve the principle justice and equity as well as to abide by neutrality in accordance with the objectives of the institution and highlight the nature of creativity in all our activities within the geographical spread: Maakom Organization for Development carry out its activities in the areas of the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, an extension of Abu Khashab area to the last village in the city of Al-Bukamal, which is alongside the border Iraq, through the city of Raqqa and its countryside and the city of Al-Hasaka and its countryside. The organization supports the training and professional activities of children, prevention from violence in general against both genders and children. It also seeks to reduce the phenomenon of bullying against children through scientific and educational cadres as well as psychological instructors to combat this phenomenon, in addition to provide societal and psychological training, support and rehabilitation workshops to all members of the civil society.
