It is implemented by the Bokra Ahla Association for Relief and Development in Deir Ezzor Governorate, Al-Kasra area in the western countryside.
The project contributes to increasing access to livelihood for the most vulnerable population in Al-Kasra area, in order to reduce food insecurity and establish the resilience of the affected communities in Al-Kasra after the completion of the first phase and the distribution of 100 vegetable baskets(domestic gardens). The second phase of the project will start, where 1,642 beneficiaries of wheat seed for farmers and fodder for livestock herders will be trained, as 873 beneficiaries of wheat seed will be trained on modern farming techniques, and 769 beneficiaries of livestock breeders will be trained on the value chain. It is worth mentioning that the training continues for 38 days in each of the villages.
