

CDCS Project

The CDCS project is implemented by the Bokra Ahla Association for Relief and Development in Deir Ezzor Governorate, Al-Kasra area in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor
The project contributes to increasing access to livelihoods for the most vulnerable population in Al-Kasra area, in order to reduce food insecurity and build the resilience of the affected communities in Al-Kasra.
The Bokra Ahla Association finished on 10/18/2021 the training, which lasted 38 days. The training duration was divided into two parts, where 873 farmers were trained on the modern farming mechanism and 769 livestock breeders were trained on the value chain.
It is worth mentioning that the first phase of the distribution was completed earlier, as 100 vegetable baskets (home gardens) were distributed to widowed women.
In addition to the completion of the second phase of distributing 500 kg of fodder (barley) to livestock breeders, where the number of beneficiaries reached 769 in each of the villages:
Abi Dhar, Markada, Marwaza, Kasra Tahtani, Hamar Kasra.
