Dialogue Session with Families of People with Special Needs

Nudem Organization for Rehabilitation and Human Development for People with Special Needs, in coordination with Pel Organization in the city of Tirbespi, carried out a dialogue session with families of people with special needs, with the aim of raising awareness in society about people with special needs and integrating them into their societies. 30 people from families of people with special needs participated in the session.
The session dealt with: the role of people with special needs in society and their most important needs - mechanisms for their integration - difficulties and challenges facing them - solutions.
With the aim of creating a space for interaction and for the purpose of promoting, protecting and ensuring the full attainment of persons with disabilities, on an equal basis with others, of all human rights and fundamental freedoms, promoting respect for their inherent dignity and encouraging recognition of their skills, competencies, abilities and contributions
