Among the achievements of Hope Smile Organization in 2021 is Supporting Sesame Farmers project, which targeted 2,625 dunums of agricultural land.

Areas targeted by the project:
This project targeted several areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, namely:
Abu Hamam - Al-Keshkiya - Granij - Al-Bahra - Hajin - Al-Shafa - Al-Susa - Al-Baghouz.

Number of beneficiaries of the project:
175 beneficiaries, geographically distributed in the target areas.

Obtained Services and Materials:
- The tillage service in four stages ( The first stage: cultivating the beneficiaries' lands at a depth of 40 cm . The second stage: soften the soil. The third stage: bury the seeds. Fourth stage: land planning "Jalaya") .
- Red sesame seeds (each beneficiary receiving 33.250 kg).
- Seed Sterile.
- High-phosphorus fertilizer.
- Balanced fertilizer.
- Amino Acids.
- Herbicides.
- Pesticides.
- In addition to several agricultural products (Hand Sprinkler, gloves, safety goggles, agricultural boots).

Moreover, the organization's agricultural engineers team held training sessions, in which the beneficiaries learned the process and time of using fertilizers and pesticides.
The field assistant agricultural engineers followed the stages of sesame plant growth from the beginning of germination to the stages of harvesting.
The agricultural engineers team conducted field visits to the beneficiaries' fields and provided them with the necessary guidance and instructions.
