Areej organization for social development

Areej Organization, established in December 2021, is an independent non-profit civil organization operating in Al-Qamishli and Raqqa. Guided by principles of justice, humanity, and neutrality, our mission is to address challenges such as deteriorating infrastructure, domestic violence, and the hardships faced by widows due to conflict.
We focus on gender equality, sustainable livelihoods, and comprehensive development in key sectors. Our areas of focus include women's empowerment, creating sustainable livelihood opportunities, improving healthcare services, child protection, promoting agriculture and animal husbandry, and infrastructure development.
Through various programs, we ensure equal access to resources and economic opportunities for women, enhance livelihoods through vocational training and support for small-scale entrepreneurship, improve healthcare services for vulnerable populations, protect children from exploitation, promote sustainable farming practices, and rehabilitate essential infrastructure.
