Supporting and Developing Small Enterprises for Women in the City of Tabqa

2024-09-03
In partnership with Demos Organization and as part of the humanitarian response project, Al-Ahd Organization implemented the project "Supporting and Empowering Women's Small Enterprises in Tabqa." The project aimed to provide logistical support to 11 women entrepreneurs to help them develop their existing businesses by providing them with equipment and tools that would enhance and sustain their projects, thereby contributing to raising their income levels.
Additionally, a five-day training workshop on "Small Business Management" was held for the beneficiaries. The workshop covered topics such as marketing strategies, time management, financial management, and planning for small enterprises.
The beneficiary women were selected based on field studies and a thorough analysis using precise selection criteria, ensuring a balance among the various types of professions and projects carried out by the women.
The project lasted for six months, from February 1st to July 31st, 2024.
