يعد دليل "إدارة الموارد البشرية" جزءاً من سلسلة أدلّة أعدّها مركز آسو للاستشارات والدراسات الاستراتيجية، في مجال بناء القدرات والتطوير المؤسساتي لخدمة مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في سوريا، وتمكينها لتنفيذ مشاريعها وأنشطتها على أفضل نحوٍ ممكن.
يتضمن الدليل المبادئ والخطوات والأدوات الأساسية والضرورية لكل مؤسسة في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية، ولا يدّعي الشمولية والإحاطة بكافة تفاصيل هذا الحقل المتخصص وجزئياته.
كما أُعدَّ هذا الدليل ليكون موجهاً بشكلٍ رئيسي لكافة المؤسسات السورية العاملة في القطاع المدني، كما يعتبر الدليل مفيداً للمدربين والمهتمين بهذا الحقل المتخصص.
يرتكز الدليل على:
