يتناول الدليل لمحة عن أهم المعلومات المتعلقة بإدارة الموارد البشرية، مثل مفهوم الإدارة ودورها وإعداد الهيكل التنظيمي للمنظمة، وتحليل وتحديد الوظائف اللازمة للمنظمة وفق الهيكل التنظيمي، كما يتناول الدليل الوصف الوظيفي (مفهومة وأهميته ومضمونه وإعداده)، وطرق جذب المرشحين وإعداد طلبات التوظيف ودراستها وإجراء المقابلات واختيار الموظفين، ومن ثم التوظيف وعقد العمل، والدليل التعريفي للموظف الجديد، ويحتوي الدليل على قائمة من النماذج المتعلقة بإدارة الموارد البشري.
