On March 24th, 2020, in coordination with the organizations and health offices, Dernaa Association's team started launching a voluntary campaign to prevent Corona Virus in the villages of Deir Ezzor's eastern countryside. The campaign included sterilization of mosques, government departments, schools and public facilities. Furthermore, masks, brochures and precautionary guidance about the virus, and liquid soap were distributed to a number of mosques.
